Amanda began working at Fleming Agency in August of 2019. She has over ten years of customer service experience and had previously worked in the mental health field.

She obtained a Master’s degree in counselor education from the University of Central Florida in 2016 and decided to make a career change. She has always been passionate about working in customer service and realized insurance was a great fit. Amanda recently obtained her 4-40 license and is excited to continue growing in the field of commercial insurance.

She also enjoys travel, concerts, theme parks, and spending time with loved ones, including her two dogs.
