Upon graduating from the University of Florida, Boone returned home to Central Florida to start his professional career. After spending two years in the life insurance and financial services field, Boone decided to pursue a calling to public education. For 13 years, he worked for Orange County public schools as an elementary school teacher.

In 2018, Boone decided to return to the family business and learn the property and casualty side of the insurance world. With a focus on marketing and customer service, Boone is focused on making Fleming Agency a place that provides value to its customers through product knowledge and personal relationships.

Outside of work, Boone enjoys spending time with his wife, Lee Ann, and their two children. He is involved in many youth sports programs and serves on the board of directors at Winter Park Babe Ruth.
